At Invinjo we have a warranty period for two years. If the lamp has a defect within two years during normal use, than you can make use of the warranty.
When do you have warranty?
The warranty can be claimed if the defect is due to a material or construction failure. In consultation we can choose between a reparation or a replacement of the defective part. Damage due to improper use is not covered by the warranty.
Warranty period
The warranty period offered by Invinjo is two years for all items. The warranty period starts on the date of the invoice.
How to apply for a warranty?
In case of a defect you can contact us at info@invinjo.nl. We would like to receive an email with the order number, a detailed description of the defect and one or more photos (if possible) of the defect and the production sticker on the fixture. When we receive your email your request will be processed immediately and if necessary we will send you our returning procedure.
