DELIVERY METHODS

Our parcels are shipped with PostNL. You will receive a Track & Trace code by email to track your parcel.



DELIVERY TIME

Our systems are set up in a way that your order is delivered as soon as possible. The most articles can be delivered from stock. Because of this the order will be quickly send to your home.

DELIVERY TIME ITEMS NOT IN STOCK
Unfortunately it is not possible for us to deliver every item on short notice. When we do not have the item on stock for example or when the item is custom made. The exact delivery time depends on the article you ordered.

DELIVERY TIME MULTIPLE ITEMS
When you order multiple items at once, we will do our best to deliver all the articles at the same time. If one of the items has a delivery time of more than one week, we will ship the orders independently.

DELIVERY TIME ABROAD

Items that are in stock will be delivered in the Netherlands and Belgium within 2/3 working days. For other countries the following indicative delivery times are applied:

Germany: 2 – 4 working days
Other countries within the EU: 2 – 5 working days



SHIPPING COSTS

At Invinjo no shipping costs are paid within the Benelux (Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg) (with exception of the Wadden Islands).

For the other countries within the EU the shipping costs are 8,95 euro’s. For countries outside Europe, please contact the customer service.



DELIVERY INFORMATION

DELIVERY DRIVER MISSED

Not at home? The courier will try to deliver the parcel to your neighbors. If this is not possible, then the courier will try it again the next day. The courier will leave a message with a not-at-home code. With this code you can online choose a new delivery time or place before 22 o’clock. When this attempt also fails, you can pick up the parcel within two weeks at the nearest pickup point.

CHANGE DELIVERY ADDRESS
In some cases it is possible for you to change your delivery address. Please contact our customer service.

DELIVERY ABROAD
Do you live outside Belgium or the Netherlands and you want to order a design lamp from Invinjo? No problem! Invinjo ships all over Europe and abroad. When you live outside Europe please contact the customer service.
